I've been pretty busy with my LOAD challenge this month, so I really haven't had time to think up new sketches, so this is the first one in several weeks. Hope you get a chance to use it. Remember, if you create a layout this week based on this sketch and post it online, leave me a comment on this post with a link to your layout, and I will give you a shout out on my blog this week. Also, if you are a card-maker and prefer to create a card using this sketch, I would love to see it. Happy scrapping or carding!

ReplyDeleteNot totally happy with this page. I really liked until I added the ribbon and clipping from the school newsletter!
I used Game On and Jingle.
Cant wait to try out this EMS! Cute doggie!
ReplyDeleteLinda, your layout is darling, so don't be so hard on yourself. I don't know if it's the one you meant to post, though. I don't see any ribbon or newsletter clipping.
ReplyDeleteCheryl, you are right wrong picture, right subject and I do love this layout!
ReplyDeleteTry this one instead!

I am also bloggin now or at least trying to! www.scrappytherapy.blogspot.com
Linda, really excited you started a blog. I'll be following! Thanks for doing the sketch challenge. It looks good, but I see what you mean about the ribbon (the clipping is fine). Maybe if you moved it down and let it overlap the pictures on the left, it would look more balanced. Right now the border is really small compared to the other side of the page. Otherwise, love the combination of Game On and Jingle.
ReplyDeleteI am not picky about much but I don't want to put something on top of a picture that is not acid free. I will have to go back this weekend and relook at it with fresh eyes!
