Since we have a zoo membership, I have scrapbooked zoo photos many times, so these are just a few snapshots my hubby took, plus there are a bunch more in a pocket page. We got some great shots of the hippos snoozing on the rocks, which made me smile because they are my sister-in-law's favorite animal. I meant to add just a few of the stamped bamboo images to my base cardstock but it looked a little funny, so I ended up stamping the whole piece, thus the striped background!

What a great family outing you've captured, Cheryl! I like that you incorporated not only the zoo residents, but your family as well. Scrapbook pages will live on forever in your family! Thank you for sharing with us at Double Trouble this week!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteGreat layout and love the embellishments you used. Hippos are an amazing animal...at the San Diego Zoo back a little more than a year ago we listened to his story for half an hour...others in the party were getting a little frustrated because they wanted to go on; but I am intrigued with Hippos. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble and 2CraftyCritterCrazies.
