Mojo Monday 296 Card - A Little Birdie

I'm on a roll with the Mojo Monday sketch for this week, so I thought I'd share a card I created for my upcoming Dream Pop workshop, using the same sketch as yesterday's card. It's amazing how a different set of papers and embellishments can make it look like a totally different card, yet the bones of it are the same!
Recipe:
Life is Tweet stamp set
Dream Pop kit
White Daisy cardstock
Cotton Candy, Lagoon, Slate & Honey ink
Slate craft button
White Daisy baker's twine
3-D foam tape
Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge: flowers
Challenges: Color My Heart Dream Pop color dare

You're right, this card has a completely different one to the crossing guard's card! Very sweet, and the use of the bird-cage background with the "little birdie' is perfect. Thanks for linking this up with Color My Heart this week. The Dream Pop is HOPPING!

What a difference a paper makes! Love them both! Great job with the little bird and birdcage background. Thanks for playing along with us over at the Color Dare this week! :)

I'm not sure which of the two cards I like best. One of the great things about sketches is the variety of different interpretations. I adore the crossing guard one, but the bird plus bird cage background on this one is fun and fresh. Way to go! And thanks for adding the Dream Pop card to Color My Heart this week!!
