Privy Garden Layout

The Privy Garden at Hampton Court Palace was a marvel of meticulous planning! A restoration effort in the 1990s brought it back to something approaching its former state, so I consider myself fortunate to be able to see it now instead of prior to restoration.

And here are the photos and journaling cards for the accompanying pocket page:
The plates-bandes borders

Looking towards the river with Queen Anne's Bower on the promenade to the right.
The swirly paths are the parterres a l'Angloise.

I love, love, love your layout. The use of brown borders , as well as the fun die cut matting your title. I'm sitting here laughing at myself. I have been trying to see the sketch in your page, when it matches almost exactly. I now see that you turned it. So very pleased you played along with us at Sketch N Scrap! Your participation is much appreciated!
