Desert Beauty Layout

My hubby took lots of photos of plants and flowers at the Living Desert, and I couldn't resist scrapping a few of my favorites while putting the rest in a pocket page. I was able to use up lots of scrap pieces on this layout, including most of the butterflies and the daisies - woohoo!

And here are a few more of the beautiful plants my hubby photographed:

Dotty for You papers
Sky, Smoothie, Autumn Terracotta, Blush, Buttercup, Lagoon, Baby Pink, Sunset, Sweet Leaf & White Daisy cardstock
Let's Go Tidbits (Chic Tags)
My Crush Besties alphabet stickers
My Crush Best Day Ever stickers
Beauty sticker (CM)
Polka dot washi tape
Craft buttons (from my stash)
Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge: butterflies, daisies
Pattern: scraplift from Rhonda (YourScrapAttack) at
Challenges: Bitten By the Bug Everything is Coming Up Daisies; Double Trouble #21 - flowers and things with wings

Beautiful layout again and love all the cacti photos. Love the little button flowers and the butterfly embellishments. Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble. Being that we live in the desert area (Phoenix) these cactus are all in our yard, so we enjoy all year round. Unfortunately some of the flowers only last a day, and sometimes not even a day and then there are bushes that bloom every morning during the season.

Wow - I remember that Dotty for You paper - what a blast from the past! Here are these gorgeous plant photos from the heat of the summer and I am sitting in the midst of a massive winter storm at the moment... doesn't it figure? Your layout is terrific with all the butterflies and bight colours. Thanks for sharing with the Double Trouble challenge :)
