The Sketch:
My Layout:
Heart 2 Heart has a challenge to show a favorite tool we use when creating. I was thinking about my Cricut or my stamps, or even my trimmer, but I would have to say the tool I use every time I craft is my 2 Versamats. They aren't showy, but I love how they help me arrange my projects; whether laying out my pictures in a 12" x 12" grid, creating a sketch, figuring out where to adhere papers, or using the soft side to do some stamping, they come in handy every time!
Timberline stamp set
Later Sk8r papers & PML cards
Slate & Whisper cardstock
Slate ink
Steel Grey marker (Zig)
Durables round studs - antiqued gold

Challenges: Double Trouble #24 - Metallic & Transportation (I added metal studs for Thing 1, used a transportation while on vacation theme for Thing 3, and played along over at Brown Sugar for Thing 2); Brown Sugar #288 Transportation

Love your layout and this sketch! I just printed off the sketch and hope to use it soon! What a great use for pocket cards!
Love your layout...I just did an ATV adventure and you've inspired me to get my photos scrapped!!! Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble.
Never thought of the Versamats as a tool, but I rarely do scrapbook pages now, but great idea for laying out your pages. You always make your scrapbook pages come to life and great memories, and what fun for transportation. Thanks again for sharing with us at Double Trouble and Brown Sugar.
What a fun layout! I love it, great job keeping those memories! Thanks for playing along with Heart 2 Heart Challenges (H2H).
