Small World Layout

For these four photos of my younger kids' first experience on the Small World ride, I started with a sketch from Sketch-n-Scrap, but adapted it to fit my larger photos. I struggled a bit with the color scheme since the photos were so colorful, but eventually settled on the light blue background to tone down the bright orange in the upper right picture. I also used the bird paper to tie together some of the other colors, while still having the orange dot paper and other orange accents in a nod to the aforementioned photo.

Recipe:
Jennifer's Hand stamp set
O Happy Day papers (Echo Park)
Happy Trails paper (Simple Stories)
Carolina, Lagoon & White Daisy cardstock
Goldrush, Lagoon & Blush ink
Ocean marker
Autumn Terracotta photo turns & brads
Sunset baker's twine
Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge: banner
Cricut Artiste cartridge: birds
Pattern: Sketch-n-Scrap #241

Challenges: Tic Tac Toe Challenges #145 (used the row with Die cut + Blue + Bird)

Very cute!! I enjoy seeing your layouts! I've been doing a lot of 'inspiration collecting' lately instead of actually getting pages done. Thanks for the inspiration!
