Princess Leia Hairdo Layout

My daughter wanted to be Princess Leia for Halloween one year, but the wig that came with the costume wouldn't fit over her thick black hair, so I had to scour the internet to find out how to do the Princess Leia buns. As this layout reveals, it took a few tries to get something that didn't look like a scraggly mess!

Recipe:
Just Be You & Star Power stamp sets
Slice of Life & Let's Wander papers (American Crafts)
Sapphire, Goldrush & White Daisy cardstock
Canary, Glacier, Twilight, Sapphire & Versamark ink
Moonstruck marker
Clear embossing powder
Tan sparkles
Glitter
Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge: stars, tag
Pattern: Scraplift of Michelle's A World to Wander layout

Challenges: The Studio Challenges - scraplift a member of the design team (see above); Lasting Memories #527 - Word Play on Lights
L - Leia, Let's Wander patterned paper
I - ink blending
G - glitter
H - hearts
T - tag, twine, torn edge
S - stamps, stars, sparkles, Slice of Life patterned paper
Tic Tac Toe #92 (I used stars, tag, and sparkle / glitter, and threw in some ink blending just for fun!)
